Juan de Fuca Festival

On a Memorial Day Weekend in 1994, the very first Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts was launched and Port Angeles was never quite the same. Nineteen remarkable years later, we want to welcome you once more to this annual celebration that will amaze and delight you with its quality, diversity and just plain fun.

The new Art Shack Gallery at the Juan de Fuca Festival

Thanks to the Port Angeles Arts Council, we have an exciting new development at the Festival this year –  The Art Shack!   Located just inside the entryway to the Vern Burton Center, the Art Shack’s main focus is on the visual arts.  Meet many of our local artists displaying their paintings, sculptures and more.  Many of the paintings will actually be created during the festival by some of our most creative artists– a case of the performing arts inspiring the visual arts.  All of the art is available for sale.

The Art Shack also hosts some wonderful Workshops – aimed at budding artists, children and even yoga enthusiasts.

SATURDAY
